Understanding, Planning & Strategy
To gain a deep understanding of how your business is currently running, we analyse all of the systems you are currently using before coming up with a solution to streamline your processes and make them as time efficient and cost effective as we can.
Once we have gained this understanding we draw up a project and system plan and start to map out all of the moving parts and how we can bring them together.
System Design
With a road map set out for us following thorough analysis, we move onto designing the system from back to front. First working on the data structure and then how we can pull that together in a frontend interface.
We layout all of the pages with detailed instructions on how everything will interact and the functionality involved with detailed wireframes, user and data workflows.
We then move onto designing the User Interface, adding a skin on top of all of the functionality so you can see how the system will look and operate.
App Development
With all the system design, data flows and interface design in place, we get to development. First setting up the database structure before getting heavy into the backend code and making everything work!
We walk you through each step of the way, demonstrating the progress at regular intervals and getting you involved in user testing to make sure everything is working as it should.
Launch & Support
Once everything has been developed and various levels of testing have been completed, we sit with you and your team and walk you through the whole system, providing detailed instructions on how everything works before moving to the live environment and launching your new system!
With the system launched, we move into the support process and will be on hand to fix any issues that may arise or add any further features you may later decide you want to include.
